We have installed Dynatrace 6.3. we are unable to see 1 month old transactions from the client. is there any specific reason.

Arputharajan,

There can be a couple reasons for this. The first check would be the details of the system profile in question you are trying to get purepaths from (right click the system profile and select details). If the continuous session storage date is less than 1 month old, you will not be able to see that particular purepath/transaction. The fix to this would be to increase the session storage size to hold more purepaths so you can review data from a month ago. Hope this helps.
