Web Dashboard Business Analytics dashboard showing no data

Hello,

We upgraded Dynatrace version from 6.3 to 6.5 in one of our Dynatrace sandbox servers hosting Easytravel application. In the desktop / webstart client we see the UEM world map, user actions and visits but the Web Dashboard Business Analytics shows 0 visits and 0 user actions. However, if I click on the User Analytics and click on Inspect Filtered vists, it brings up all the visits. Attached are the screenshots.

Do you know what could be contributing to this blank Business Analytics dashboard?

I encountered the same problem and it was due to the following 2 lines missing from dtserverfrontend.ini file. Once updated, bounce DT backend and frontend and the dashboards were populated.

-Dcom.dynatrace.diagnostics.SQLSERVERUSENTLMV2=true
-Dcom.dynatrace.diagnostics.SQLSERVERDOMAIN=<your domain>

we are using DT 6.5; where do I find the Business Analytics dashboard; we are currently running just the DT Client.

The easy way is to use Ctrl-N or Dashboard/New to create a dashboard and select the big "Web Dashboard" button. The URL is https://yourdtserver:9911.
