Basically, we can't see any data on the Application Overview for Web Requests, while they are visible in both the Web Request Performance Dashlet and the Web Page Requests Dashlet. I know that they both are using the same BT for displaying information, so this is an unexpected behaviour. See the images attached for detailed information.

This is kind of weird... If I double-click on the BT (open it), there's data. BUT, if I try to chart the same BT, there is no data in the chart. Does this make sense?
See the screenshot below:
Also, is not for an specific application. In the Application Overview, there is not data in the Web Page Request View for any applications.
Already checked Application Definition, and the BT hasn't been changed.
Can you edit the BT and see if it is writing to the PWH?
Additionally also check if the split limit has not been reached. I know the customer and they have a lot of applications, maybe that caused the split limit to be reached.
Both these cases will cause the BT to still be evaluated (so you will have your PP tagged with the correct BT) and you will be able to see data when you open the BT dashlet but will not write any measurements to the PWH and thus will not see anything in charts.
It is set to store results in the PWH. It's a built-in BT, so I don't know if we should touch it....
BUT, "This business Transaction is creating lots of results splitting and this storing in the Performance Warehouse has been turned off. Please review the split results configuration to create less individual result sets"
So, can I understand that the view from the Application Overview (Web Page Request in this case) takes the data from the PWH and if there is too many splits, it just don't show up anything?
That is exactly what I was refferring to with "split limit".
The App overview dashboard indeed takes its data from the PWH. So if the BT is no longer writing to the PWH this dashboard will stay empty.
You can either increase the limit or change which BTs will be baselined.
