What does grey and italics methods in purepath means?

I see below grey and italics purepaths under tree. What does that actually means?

These nodes are the result of the Auto Sensor, as explained e.g. here

They try to show the most important code places without explicit instrumentation, based on stack traces.

If you need detailed information on one of these nodes, you can right-click and "add sensor".

These are auto sensors methods that AppMon finds are important based on specific constraints. You can place a sensor on the method yourself afterwards if you want to capture more details suck as method arguments and return values.
