We want to get a metric that get the time that the user has expend on the interface. this is very useful for our business to see if the user expend quite a lot of time in one screen.
We have found that on the detail of the user actions (from the user action prepath) we have the metric view duration, that change and is always bigger than the user action response time. we are wondering if this metric give this "screen time" that we are looking for. (see the attached image)
If it is the case, is it possible to send this value to the elasctic search integration? and how?
Thanks a lot in advance,
As we are aware that the PureLytics stream sends real time UEM data which includes user visits, user actions and client errors.
Below is the documented information.
We have already put this in place for the general usage (visits and visited pages/actions). In this case we are evaluating the ergonomics of the page (how many time pass the user to fill all the information requested on the page and send the information to the server).
Thanks a lot,
