What would cause a built-in business transaction from failing to collect data?

I was using the "Visits by Client Type" business transaction in one of my web dashboards and successfully collecting data. I noticed a few days later the BT wasn't collecting data any longer. I verified the BT, checked and restarted the DT server to no avail. I am seeing this same data in the User Analytics web dashboard but not by using a BT or measurement.

So you can see recent data in the user analytics web dashboard but not anywhere else? Can you try charting one of the measurements tied to the BT over an extended period of time and see when it stopped collecting?

I actually tried your suggestion and even that didn't yield any results. I think I figured out the problem. The result limit was changed. I altered this setting to "unlimited" and am now seeing data again.

I am seeing data in the client now, but not seeing any data on the web dashboard. Still need to investigate this one!
