Windows Service for Dynatrace Web Server agent stops

After connecting to collectors, Windows Service for Dynatrace Web Server agent randomly stops, such behavior is observed frequently.

If there is any crash you should check agent logs (available by default on agent installation directory)

After the installation and IIS restart, when checking the agent status in agent overview, it appears as online for sometime and then gets to disconnected state.

When checking the windows services, the services seems to be stopped, have to manually start again, this is even after we keep the Dynatrace agent services startup type as "automatic".

Do you see any pattern of disconnection? why don't you try to place ping monitoring between agent and collector to see if there is any network issues?
