To add to what Ari suggested, please check to verify in addition to the System Profile that the correct Dynatrace Server is selected as a data source for the world map in the client. It may be beneficial to start off with a fresh new dashboard with the correct System Profile and Dynatrace Server selected as a source just in case there were previous dashboard filters that were applied.
Yes, I am using correct system profile, as I am getting all other data like concurrent users, Operating system, counts etc. Only I am not getting the world map data in client.
