World Map is not able to show data in DynaTrace Client

Hello Team,

We are able to view data of world map in web browser but not in client. In client it is coming blank and not able to show visit details.

Can you please help how to fix this issue.

Are you looking at the world map for the same System Profile (the one in the Web Browser) in the client? Can you share some screenshots of the issue you are facing as well?

Yes, I am using same system profile as in web browser.

Can you right click on world map and select the edit map granularity?

Is this the same like below or different? Because the below settings are out-of-the-box.

Hi Satyajit,

To add to what Ari suggested, please check to verify in addition to the System Profile that the correct Dynatrace Server is selected as a data source for the world map in the client. It may be beneficial to start off with a fresh new dashboard with the correct System Profile and Dynatrace Server selected as a source just in case there were previous dashboard filters that were applied.

Yes, I am using correct system profile, as I am getting all other data like concurrent users, Operating system, counts etc. Only I am not getting the world map data in client.

Same world map data i am getting in Web browser(Chrome)
