Wrong urls shown in the Incident mail

Hi ,

Seems like the (open in Dynatrace , open in browser ) urls we get in incident mails are wrong, I couldn't find a setting in the AppMon client to configure the URL , is there any other way to configure the Urls ?

Can you five an example on how they are wrong? It seems to work on my local install.

since i know the working url for the webconsole and the jnlp client , the links in the email redirects it to a different url and that doesn't work

AppMon Server Settings -> Services -> Management -> External Host Name

Yes, drop the hostname there that is working in the web ui URL.
