after Reboot of dtCollector: dtServer did not receive data from agent

Hi,

a certain JBoss information via a JMX measure is queried on a dashboard. This worked until this morning. Then the information from the dashboard disappeared. A restart of the dtCollector did not solve the problem.

At the AgentsOverview dashboard you can see that all agents are collected with the dtCollecter and also the dtServer.


What can I do?

If you haven't already done it, I would suggest you to open a support ticket to further investigate your case.

Did your JBOSS restarted? Is this only happeing for the metrics on the JBOSS or for all the metrics?

I would start looking in the agent log file. If a JMX Metric can no longer be pulled even though it was available before it should show up in the agnet log file
