bootstrap js agent injected but not loading the agent itself

Hi,

We have a who owns a big portal and all of his scripts are being injected via js function in defer mode. on his page we saw that the bootstrap js agent is loaded correctly but the agent itself does not load afterwards.

the script tag is loaded as deffered.

any ideas ?

Can you post an example of how the injected JS tag looks like for the deferred loading in HTML source of the page? Deferred loading likely won't work - how should our agent measure the page load times and capture all the details if it is loaded sometime after the page has been loaded.

the js agent that is injected is causing the 403 error everytime when the page is loaded. What may be the reason for this?

Hi Parveena, Have you dry checked if the Monitor URL is accessible over the internet?

403 HTTP error signifies FORBIDDEN error.

The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code that means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason

You need to check if UEM monitor url is allowed to access from the web/app server.

Thanks Rajesh. The URL is accessible from but when seeing the page source in console we are seeing that dynatrace agent is giving 403 response code. For this what may be the reason? @Rajesh S.

It means that you don't have permission to access [directory] on this server.

Follow the procedure for the basic UEM health check:

Thank you. One more doubt actually am not able to view ask a question option in forum. So am not able to post any question. You told me to contact daniel.drahnak@dynatrace.com but there is no reply from him. What should I do now? @Babar Q.

Pl. update your browser. Also check if your company proxy is blocking some JS/CSS.

Previously 1month back I used to get that option. But now am not able to see even after updating the browser and also no proxy is blocking any JS or CSS. @Rajesh S.
