can I make a baseline chart on other measures than response time

i.e. OOB the monitor baseline charts all refer to Response Time. Could I make a baseline chart that would visualize another (custom) measure the same way as response time.

Hello Thomas,

A baseline is calculated:

  • For every splitting value or business transaction that is selected for the Application Overview.
  • For Response Time (median and slowest 10%), Failure Rate, and Throughput.

Check the following link about 'Baseline and Smart Alerting Explained'

Hello Barbar,

Thank you for your answer.

I do understand that baselines are calculated for every splitting. But the only measures (per splitting) that are baselined are Response Time, Failure Rate and Throughput.

Since the transactions of the BS in question i heavily asynchronous, the Response Time is no indicator for the actual time for the content to be delivered. Duration or Exec Time would be the right thing to chart in the baseline chart.

So what I would like is Duration per splitting.

Unfortunately, I believe the only measures that can be baselined are response time, failure rate, and throughput. Baselining additional measures would require an RFE/idea. The only relevant one I could find doesn't seem to have much traction:
