change the frequency of FAILURE RATE IS TOO HIGH automated tickets

Hello

we are getting more automated tickets for Failure Rate is too High out of the box incidents.

For example, we may see 10-20 incidents in one hour. Could
we reduce that to 1 if possible?

if yes.. please let me know with the screenshot.

Look here how to increase level of failure rate to high baseline. Number of alerts depends of amount of violations.

Hello @Ramakrishnan P.

If you do not have any particular business transaction then configure the failure rate on the built-in business transaction of Web Page Request and if you have created a custom business transaction(s) then you can define different failure rate on each as per your need.
