Based on the screenshot, you can create a Business Transaction, that has filter set to Client Type = Mobile and Country =... whatever your custom query is doing. And then the splitting can be done by multiple entities, but the chart will always have your measure split by 1 entity at 1 time.
So, yes, you can kind of create a chart based on the same data as your custom query, but no, realistically, you can't create a chart that plots data by unique splitting combinations within your custom query.
Hope this helps.
Not 100% sure you'd be able to get exactly the same thing but basically you should just need to create a business transaction and creates measures to filter by the fields you're filtering on and add them to the filter section in the BT configuration.
And similarly for each of the dimensions you're splitting by add those as new measures and place them in the Split Results section of the BT configuration.
Since you're using UEM data make sure it is set to calculate business transaction per User Action (there's a radio button).
You can probably simplify it more than what's in your query - for instance if you're filtering to one client type there would be no reason to include the client type as a splitting measure as well.
The measures you'll want to create or use will be under User Experience Management -> Business Transaction Evaluation...
