The traffic the agent is seeing has not mapped into a defined application, and from the looks of it you are not using auto detected applications either. Not to worry, you just need to check the patterns defined. You can read more about setting that up here.
Please check your application definitions (edit system profile -> applications) and check that the defined applications have an appropriate pattern.
For your RetailWeb traffic there, check the PurePath tree just below the part of te dashlet from your screenshot, select the first node and right click it, check the traffic pattern there which might help you apply the traffic pattern for your application.
