no Host metrics since migration to AppMon 7.2 and appmon agent




Do you know why and if there is a solution ?

Since i migrated Appmon server and collector from 7.0 to 7.2 and classic agent to appmon agent for using with java 11.

I checked network ports beetwen agent to collector and collector to server as described here :

I have also applied the last fix pack and installed the last agent version ( 

I do not have any host metrics from appmon agent node. The Node with classic agent are all OK. No errors in logs.

(we are migrating to the new dynatrace managed but we don't knew the legacy 7.0 is not compatible with java 11...)

I have found a workaraound in using Unix System Monitor but all dashboards are now wrong.

Did you check agent logs? Are there any informations regarding to permission or access problem? Agent is linux or windows one?

Agents are on linux system.

No, I checked in every logs, and no permission error or anything related to host metrics.

I have an other application with appmon agent and runing in java 8 and the host metrics are OK.

i think the issue is from system profile. I used the "swith Agent Plateform.." option when editing the system profile.

In workaround i monitor host metrics with AppMon unix system monitoring and schedule it every minutes. Cf link below
