HI All,

We have 5 servers for one of the application where able to see the .NET thread count for the first server and not for remaining servers.when i check for the username in dynatrace , the first server having username as "RSC\LOUWEBWPL***01$" (able to see the thread count) where as remaining servers having usernames as "IIS APPPOOL\*****************"(not able to see the count).when i check the app pools set up by Web Tech, S01 app pool alone is in "NetworkService" Process Model Identity type , but all the other 4 servers S02-S05 have "ApplicationPoolIdentity" type.

Could you please suggest how can get the thread count for remaining servers?what additional permissions are required for remaining servers?

Thanks

Shyamala

Hello @Shyamala P.

Did you try to use the same username "RSC\LOUWEBWPL***01$" for other servers instead of changing from 'Process Model Identity' type to 'ApplicationPoolIdentity' type.

Have a look on the 'Deployment and file access permissions'.
