We are receiving performance ware house disconnecting and connecting can you explain the reason why its happening and can you provide the links for more information it could useful for me.

Hello @Venkata Ramana M.

First of all look into the server logs of the AppMon server. Maybe due to network/firewall you are facing this issue.
