Hello,

The PurePaths are stored in the disk, and the time depends of the size of your PurePahts and the size of the storage.

Regards,

Babar

HI Babar,

Can you please tell how to check the data retention period.

Yesterday upgraded the test environment from 6.3 to 7.0

not sure whether DB migrated successfully. when I check web request dashlet , it s coin data from Sep 11th.

Does it mean data lost

Thanks in advance

In the cockpit on the left if you right click a given system profile and select 'details' it will show you how far back you session storage goes. If you do see less data make sure you have the session storage pointed to the same location as previously and that it is accessable.

James is correct! Here are some screenshots to speak to what he said:

Right-click on the System Profile (2) of your choice and select Details (3).

Here is what comes up after selecting Details, where (1) is how long your session storage has been recording data:

Kind regards,
Joshua P.

Hi Senthamil,

purepaths are stored in session files on the disk. The session files occupy as much disk storage as is configured (see Server Settings -> Storage). You can increase the disk space to get a longer retention time. Best regards,

Peter
