same url different application

Hi everyone,

We recently created a responsive website that is running along side a traditional desktop site. Since these both have the same URL, everything is falling into one application but i want to be able to split the applications. One for our desktop site and one for our RWD site.

Any tips on how to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

It isn't possible to define two different applications for web requests with the same URI. It might be possible to create a measure that divides the two applications on some other characteristic and use that as a BT splitting. This could get you closer to what you want in the end, but it isn't quite the same as a native application definition.

what if we have a query string at the end of the url or even tell DT to track a cookie value?

No, unfortunately the only thing that works up to 6.5 is the URI (without the query part). Please post an RFE to get more options here.
