FYI: Dynatrace SaaS Tenant with a DPS license
I would like to make use of a workflow to automatically DISABLE Dynatrace monitoring outside business hours (before 7 AM and after 6 PM on weekdays, and 24/7 during weekends).
Also I need a workflow to automatically ENABLE Dynatrace monitoring inside business hours (starting at 7 AM and ending at 6 PM on weekdays only)
MY GOALS:
1. Stop Dynatrace Monitoring Without Uninstalling OneAgents
2. Applies to OneAgent, Extensions, Cloud Integrations (AWS & Azure)
3. Avoid data accumulation → Save license cost
4. Ensure compliance and easy re-enable later
KEY PRINCIPALES TO LOOK AT:
1. RUM Disable APP Disable
2. Hosts & Containers (OneAgent)
3. AWS/Azure integrations / Disable Account
4. Custom Extensions (SNMP traps, SNMP Autodiscovery, Generic network device, Check Point Firewall, Citrix Netscaler ADC, Citrix Netscaler SDX, onnection Pools: WebLogic, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Oracle Database, custom:mc-cm-genesys-extension)
