Access Dynatrace layer to another layers

Added a new layer for lambda which contains `dtconfig.json` to hide a sensitive data
Can I do `dtconfig.json` like a visible file for dynatrace_Oneagent_layer to integrate my Lambda with Dynatrace
Cause for now Dynatrace layer doesn't see this `dtconfig.json` file
