BUG: Azure Event Hubs Metric unit wrong for Incoming Bytes (builtin:cloud.azure.eventHub.traffic.bytesIn)

The unit on the builtin:cloud.azure.eventHub.traffic.bytesIn metric is incorrect and does not match the corresponding outgoing bytes metric for Azure Event Hubs.  The Outgoing bytes metric, builtin:cloud.azure.eventHub.traffic.bytesOut, is correct and matches Azure monitor unit for the metric.

This holds true for both the "builtin" (classic) and "dt" (grail) metrics.

This creates issues when developing dashboards and you have to override units to get the dashboard to work properly

Incoming Bytes - incorrect
