Comprehensive metric gathering for Azure from Dynatrace Managed

Hello:
We have a managed instance of Dynatrace.
We have configured a default connection to our Azure presence for an application service
several years ago.

Recently it was decided that we will move some of our on-prem SQL DB's into Azure.

My overall question is.
What are the components of Dynatrace and Azure that need configured to give Dyantrace
the most visibility into any SQL instances and DB's that are created in Azure?

For example, right now, we can see in Dynatrace there is a Cloud service
called "Azure SQL Managed Instance"

There is one instance in that referred to as "xxx-sqlmi-peachpoc"
However, when I log into the Azure portal.
I also see that there are 4 individual databases within that instance.
I don't see those databases in Dynatrace's connection to Azure.

What needs to be done to make sure Dynatrace can see "Everything" that is in Azure
related to SQL?

Thank you so kindly!
