Is it possible to update OneAgent for PaaS app service via the API?

Can the OneAgent update API be used to update agents on PaaS app services? This functionality doesn't appear to be available via the GUI so we are looking at other options than simply updating the version via the Azure portal.

so you could use the api to pass values to allow updates on the targeted hosts:

This is more so a work around tho.

Unfortunately, I don't think this API functionality works for PaaS app services specifically, and that is my requirement.
