Why I see no VM in the time-series chart there despite the fact it knows there are VMs?

As you can see in the top diagram there, it knows there are 8 VMs, but in the chart of the bottom section, it display zero VMs. Why? Anybody has any idea?

Also, I don't see anything for Load Balancer, although I know there is one.
