The email notifications from the new ticket system are very sparse compared to the previous jira.
They don't contain any information about the changes made to the ticket and even the link to the ticket is not formatted as a link so it has to be copied/pasted to work:
It would be great to have the notifications contain the same information as in the old system.

We've received this feedback from other users as well and we agree! The change has already been made so that you will receive the new comment, along with previous comments (for context) via email on update.
