Support Portal attachment dop zone ( not allowed at our org



On the new Support Portal ( if one wants to upload an attachment to a support ticket, the upload has to go through Here, it is a problem : our security rules does not allow access to this web site : upload fail. My demand to access this site got refused.


Could the Dynatrace support ticketing portal provide a ticket self hosted ticket attachement solution in order to avoid these kind of issue ?

For the record : I still cannot access but I can upload attachements. So the issue is not totally solved nor clear to me. But... we can work with the tickets. 🙂
