On the new Support Portal (https://one.dynatrace.com/hc/en-us/requests) if one wants to upload an attachment to a support ticket, the upload has to go through http://box.com. Here, it is a problem : our security rules does not allow access to this web site : upload fail. My demand to access this site got refused.
Could the Dynatrace support ticketing portal provide a ticket self hosted ticket attachement solution in order to avoid these kind of issue ?

To be able to upload the files into the attachments area, you just need to be sure that the
prod.attachments.one.dynatrace.com the domain is whitelisted on your end.
