Your email address, like your login and password, is tied to your Dynatrace Community account.
The email change should cover:
- Updating any licenses to the new email address.
- Deleting the access to the Community for any email address you want.
- Moving any Dynatrace University grades/video viewing history from old accounts to the new account.
When your email address is changed, it will be updated in all Community profiles.
The general policy is that Dynatrace do not support personal email addresses. You won’t be able to open support tickets, because roles and Community rights are strictly linked with customer or partner accounts.
In case of any email changes, you can either open a License Management ticket or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
