Dynatrace Operator

Hi team

i want to install the Dynatrace operator on K8 Machine which doesn't have internet connectivity also my application will be connecting to Private Env gate. didn't found any straight forward document  to do this.

Like download the images from public ecr upload these images to private repo {Image list which are required}
