Kubernetes Cluster Onboarding Issue — Cluster Status “Created” in kubectl but Not Reflecting in Dynatrace Portal

I have onboarded AkS clusters into Dynatrace using the following steps:
• Created a namespace in the cluster.
• Configured the GitOps files path from the GitHub repository link.
• Successfully onboarded the cluster.

When I check the cluster status via kubectl in Dynatrace, it shows as “Created”. However, the cluster does not appear under the Kubernetes Classic view in the Dynatrace portal.

Issue:
• Why is the cluster status showing as “Created” in kubectl, but not reflecting in the Dynatrace portal under Kubernetes Classic?
• Is there a delay in synchronization, or could there be a misconfiguration?
• Are there additional steps required to ensure the cluster is fully registered and visible in the portal?

I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue.

Can you expand on what this step was?

• Configured the GitOps files path from the GitHub repository link.

Was there a Dynakube deployed? What version of Dynatrace Operator is being used and what deployment type is it in?
