I've reached out to our Dynatrace kubernetes experts and this is their answer:

"This doesn't appear to be related to Kubernetes. Sure, it happened in Kubernetes environment, but the most fine-grained info we gather from k8s is CGIs, not PGIs. This is OneAgent domain."
