migrate dynatrace-operator image to AWS ECR instead

Currently dynatrace-operator image is pulled from docker hub ，but Docker has rate limiting active. We would like to migrate dynatrace-operator image to AWS ECR instead，We want to know how to configure it，For example, install it with helm
