what is mean 'Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 8001: Connection refused'

I have a question.

I deployed oneagent on AWS k8s.

But I cannot monitor they are.

So, I confirmed ../log/os/[ruxitagent_host_.. ]

It shows like this

What does mean like?

It may oneagent try to connect web server in localhost ?

and it is default port 8001?

How exactly did you deploy the agent? Can you share the details?

I have exactly same issue, just different port '8020'. It worked fine until an automatic upgrade or restart, then it gives the error. Can anybody help here?
