Suggestion: military style time

I seem to have lost where suggestions go, so I guess I'll try here

In notebooks when choosing a date/time range the popup thing requires I enter a.m. or p.m. I am used to military style time so often mess it up.

Where is the option to choose what time format I want to use? I want nice short meaningful military style time.

an alternative for such use-cases might be to use Security Investigator for running such DQL queries: since the App is designed for investigations and incident response, the default time format used there is ISO8601 (e.g. 2025-02-11T21:01:52.551+0700) with an option to switch between your local timezone and UTC for cross-timezone activities.
