Dashboard for OneAgent deployment monitoring

is it possible to have a dashboard setup to monitor when the process has failed instead of relying on the deployment status page?

However I have tried to use the parents transformation but I could not split by host level.

Thanks for the advice, is there any way for each of those to be clickable so I can get a list view of say the identified critical? but has you said earlier can't be split on host level?
