Dashboard that shows the number of problems and the total number of impacted users by them

Is it possible to create a dashboard that has the number of problems and the total number of impacted users from those problems for a specific service? 

I'm not seeing this in the metric but wondering what I'm missing.

From a dashboard, I don't believe it's possible to display impacted entities. However, I've attached a dashboard I made that segments problems by days and sums a week total (need to convert to json)
