How to give filter permission in Dashboard to other users in Dynatrace?

I have a list of dashboards with different filter options for adding services in graphs, and when I shared it with some other users they can't see the full details

Do they have configured and active the same management zone that is needed by your dashboards?

they cant see the graph data because they dont have the option of filters is this problem beacause of role or profile

If they have access to the same management zone than they should be able to see all charts data. The only way of filtering that cannot be access by users is making filters on charts that are out of scope of their management zone. Maybe they have acces but they are switched to different one.
