Drew a custom chart,
For 1 minute resolution: no missing data, no gap
For 5 min, 10 min, 15 min resolution, there is a gap (missing data)
Anyone has any idea of what might be going on? There is no temporary outage of Active Gate or Managed Node either.
As you can see below, both time selection covering the same time-period and both are of the same data (you can see that both have the same management zone applied).
Yet, in higher resolution (2-mins resolution), there is no gap; But in lower resolution (5-mins resolution), missing data from 7.50am until 8.50am.
That is very interesting and I don't understand why the product would do that. Is your environment Managed? if so are you on the latest version of the cluster? If you are on the latest version of the cluster, I would suggest that a support ticket be open on your issue as I am unable to recreate the problem you are having.
