OS services in undesirable states for Windows

Hi,

Is it possible to generate a report either via Notebook or Data explorer that lists out specific OS services (more than one) in undesirable state for the past one month?

By undesirable state you mean to ask the services with problems or that are inactive?

Is it possible to fetch list of problems generated for specific OS services (more than one) in undesirable state for the past month? I'm aware that this would be a straightforward one using problems API V2 but I'm struggling to get host names in the JSON file.
