Red color shown in Africa, in the apdex-worldmap tiles, but after click into it there is nothing in Africa.

Also, in user session there, I didn't see any session from Africa Continent, only got user session from Asia Continent and also Europe Continent.

I see your problem, in South America. Also there appears to be lots of green in South Asia that does not show up on the WorldMap Tile. So the inconsistency seems to be for many countries. I suggest you open a support ticket, or use the in product chat feature and have someone from the support team investigate.

Hi,
What are the time frames you are using? The main difference between the tile and the big world map is that the tile leverages time series data and the big world map does on demand analysis. Depending on the time frame you have selected there can be slight differences and for regions where you only have a view clicks this can cause those differences.

I see that France is red on your world map. Could that simply be French Guiana being displayed as part of France in one of the maps?
