Share a dashboard with interactions disabled

I am looking for a way to share a dashboard as read-only AND make all the DQL tiles within it non-interactive. Basically the dashboard should appear as a static report to shared users based on the selection they make in the dropdown.
I have attached a screenshot of the dashboard. We have a set of summary tiles and below it details of each tile in a table format.

I'm pretty sure this is beyond the current capabilities of the platform. I recommend submitting this as a product idea instead.
