We have a strange situation where the world map tile displays the data on the dashboard, but when the same dashboards open on a big screen, then the world map tile does not show any data.
@Babar Q. What cluster version are you on? are you using chrome? If you are on the latest and using chrome as a browser I would then put in a support ticket as this is unintended. We have the world map on a large monitoring TV and have no issues displaying it. If possible, could you post a picture of what it is showing up like? Of course blur out any sensitive data!
Thank you for sharing your personal experience. I am not sure what is the reason and theory behind this, that when we share the dashboard with the feature of "Anyone with the link can view. No sign in required" the world map does not appear, but when shared/used with the "Authenticated users with the link can view" it shows the data on the large monitoring TV.
@Babar Q. could you please check if the timeframes are potentially different when viewing the dashboard when signed in or anonymously? If that's not the case, please open a support ticket for this incident. Thanks!
