Create Request attributes with span attributes and use ServiceID of parent span

Hi!
I would like to create a request attribute using a span attribute as stated here:

But I cannot find any documentation what span attributes are available or how to request (through an API) a single span so I can check what attributes are present. Can I use all the fields displayed below? Are the attributes named exactly as in the screenshot?

In my search for the correct names I also found that along with the span information above, the same API request also returns the serviceID of the parent span. I would really like to use that in my request attribute. Is there any way to do so?
