DDU consumption when using API

Hi all

could you help me with specific documentation and explanation about license / ddu consumption when using dynatrace API?

Example:

we are ingesting total amount of problems through DT API but we need to know how much license is consuming this unique metric and how much will be used once we start consuming more metrics

In the consumption Section, Metrics.

you can know the exact consumption for your metric.

Extend the time frame or put the relative one to know.
