I was observed in my environment, the open events are getting 5-10 min late in the exposed API response.
For example:
Suppose an event gets generated at 11 AM, dynatrace UI is reflecting this event at 11.05 AM (i.e 5 min late) and exposed API also shows the response at 11.05 AM but event start time as showing as 11 AM.
The same thing is happening with the close event; so close events are also coming late in dynatrace UI and exposed API response.
could you please tell me why it happened?
