I have a dynatrace account that is connected with my email. I made it in 2015. When I tried to sign in a couple weeks ago it said I didn’t have a profile and I will have to make a new one. Is someone able to help me access the former account that I used to use?
Regarding your community account, it's best to contact the Community team here on the forum. For an account for a SaaS environment, then I'm afraid the only way is to contact support
