using nextPageKey in DOS command .BAT files

Does anyone have any script examples for using DOS .BAT files and automating the parsing out the nextPageKey parm from an API JSON response (problems call, in this case, with the recentComments specified so it's limited to 10 rows) and looping through the subsequent pages?
