Avoiding NTP Synchronization issue

Validate with the Infrastructure team the below points:

1. The provisioned cluster nodes in the same time zone.
2. NTP is enabled on the Dynatrace cluster nodes. "Cluster nodes are NTP Synchronized"
3. Communication over a private network on multiple Ports is required.
4. The latency between nodes should ideally be 10 ms or less.
5. Additionally, system users created for Dynatrace Managed must possess identical UID:GID identifiers across all nodes.

We are getting ready to migrate our Cluster Nodes to Cloud as well. Majority of the points you mentioned are something you need for standard deployment i.e., 1, 2,3 & 4. Unless you have Premium HA, that is when you have a way out for the item 1 & 4. If this is not the case can you share some more details?
